About our speaker:
Ephraim Cohen, founder of The Fortex Group, has designed and implemented reputation management, media and social media programs for a range of technology clients. Central to his work is the design and deployment of planning and measurement systems to help clients understand the reputation impact of their public relations efforts. In addition, Ephraim is the co-founder and head of CT Digital Media (www.ctdigitalmedia.com), a business network for digital media companies and professionals in the Connecticut region.
Prior to founding The Fortex Group, Ephraim was a senior figure at Edelman, where he managed the global information technology practice in New York and ran the Boston office. Ephraim began his career at Business Week, as an assistant editor in the executive programs division. Ephraim later became the managing director of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC), where he worked on trade policy and served as manager of the Digital Future Coalition, an organization focused on global copyright policy.
Ephraim holds a Master of Public Policy in International Political Economy from Georgetown University's Public Policy Institute and Bachelor’s in political science and dramatic literature from New York University.
